Me either! When I decided to stay at home with my youngest newborn son, I was looking for a way to still be financially independent. After my previous failed relationship, that was important to me. I didn’t want to depend on anyone else to support me and my boys. So I started my blog- with the goal that eventually I would be able to monetize it, but it became so much more.
It became a way to give people hope.
I found my hope at Al-anon meetings, women sharing how they overcame some of the struggles I was facing. But today with social media being more prevalent, so many people have access to people just like themselves- people dealing with the same issues they themselves are dealing with.
Now, after learning a few things myself, I have some resources for you. These are all courses I learned from or tools I use to help me get where I am today, a blog writer, an influencer, with a logo and an apparel shop. If I can do it, who’s to say you can’t?
