My all time favorite picture from our camping trip 2016.
Thank you Mom and Dad for helping me get packed up and set up in the rain. It was more than special to have you there for our first camping trip, and more than terrifying when you left us there at night to fend for ourselves.
We made it through the night, fearing bears, getting poured on, and waking up to a bucket full of water on our tent floor. Thank goodness there was a garage full of previously loved camp supplies from my childhood( including camp cots that kept us off the soaking wet ground).
Thank you Shannon and the girls for visiting and giving us some company for rock hopping, dinner and smores. An extra thank you for taking home our bikes and chairs because I have no idea how we fit it all in the truck to begin with
